T-Ball

You know it's spring when it's time to start thinking about T-Ball!

Over the summer our kindergarten class has a t-ball team.

Here is the information for it:

Register by: May 23, 2011
Season begins: June 6, 2011
Fee: $39.00 (Fee includes t-shirt and tax)

Make checks payable to the City of Idaho Falls

Residents of the City of Idaho Falls who have obtained a city rate card are eligible for a reduced rate of $35.00

Each child must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

When I came to work this morning there was a note from the mom of one of our adorable little 5 year old girls. It said:
"My daughter wanted to tell you that she changed her birthday to today :)"

I don't know if she wanted to get presents or just be older.

I wish it was that easy to get a fun day all for myself with presents. I would do it every week, just not the older part.

I have been wanting to get out in my yard and plant flowers so I had the kids in my preschool class bring water bottles and we made terrariums and planted wildflowers. They were so excited to see tiny green shoots in a couple of days. One of the little boys told me "My dirt is growing!" He'll be extra excited when he sees flowers!

I think this is a great idea to pass on information about you and your family. I wish I would have had these when my kids were growing up.

Picture Day

Bell Photography will be here on Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 from 9:00am to 12:00pm to take pictures.

Every child will have their picture taken with their class and individually so we can include them in our yearbook. When the pictures come in you can preview them and decide if you want to purchase them.

Bell Photographers have the following recommendations:

*Bright clothing will photograph best!
*Do not send any money for the Spring Portraits
*There is no obligation to buy
*We will have a package for you to preview before you buy
*You will be able to buy all, part, or none of the package
*There will be a $20 returned check fee for all returned checks

Monday SOCCER CAMP
All week

Morning group will go from 10:00-12:00
Afternoon group will go from 1:00-3:00
Tuesday Camp will be held inside.
Each child will need to bring a water bottle and wear tennis shoes each day. No cleats will be allowed in gym.
Scrapbbooking, crafts, and games at Summerfest while not at camp.

Wednesday Morning group: Elijah, Nicole, Alexus, Matthew,
Aspyn, Tanner, Danielle, Hailee F., Allie, Kamryn,
Cole, Emily, Erin, Caroline, Carson, Katie

Afternoon group: Kenadee, Abby, Alexandra,

Next week, Tuesday July 13th is our Lagoon trip. This will be a one day trip, returning late and spending the night at the center.Instead of a fundraiser we have decided to charge a fee of $40.00. This must be paid before your child can go as well as you account must be current. If you have a question, please talk to management.
